LDD gets teams together for a day of training

Trying to get all the teams together at LDD and LMH is a difficult task, but with most people confirmed for the day our HR Manager took us out of the office and out of our comfort zones to learn more about each other and to improve the communication across the company.

Starting on Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth, Cornwall, we were put in teams and raced to build the tallest sandcastle...luckily the sun shone and although fun it revealed a lot of things about each team member and also uncovered the more competitive side in people at LDD!  Naturally, we let our MD win that race!
